The warranty does not cover normal wear, scratches, accidental damage, loss, misuse, improper care or storage, or gradual cosmetic changes to the plating or finish caused by friction, chemicals, perfumes, lotions, or prolonged chlorinated or salt-water exposure. Water resistance does not mean waterproof. Proof of purchase is required. For an approved claim, Milan Jewelry may repair the item, replace it with the same or a comparable item, or issue store credit, subject to product availability.
